The word, "unexpected" hardly goes with he arrival of the Christ Child on planet Earth. After all there were hundreds and hundreds of prophecies about the details of His arrival. However, reading the Christmas narratives in the Gospel of Luke confronts us with unexpected announcements, journeys, visitors and much more. In this introductory message Pastor Barry takes the story of Zacharias and Elizabeth as a story that teaches us about living with unmet expectations and receiving unexpected answers.
