Leadership

 Brian and Trish  have been an active part of our church since 2017. As a very successful leader in the aviation industry, Brian began his career in the military as a pilot. When Brian felt a calling to ministry he enrolled and graduated in 2019 from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth with a master’s degree in theological studies. He was ordaining 2022.  In 2023 Brian made the faith decision to resign his position as an executive in the  corporate world of aviation patient transportation and transition to ministry full time. At Trophy Lakes he is responsible for assisting the Senior Pastor in all phases of the ministry including administration, pastoral work, and the Academy and Preschool.

Callie began with TLA September 2013 as a young college student within our afterschool program. She has worked in many positions at Trophy Lakes Academy as teaching our young 2's and babies.  She joined our office administration 4 years ago and moved into the Assistant Director position.  Ms Callie has a loving heart for the children and families at Trophy Lakes Academy. 

Ryan brings over 30 years of student ministry experience, having served in churches across Oklahoma, Kentucky, Louisiana, and Texas. Ryan and LeAnne ‘s journey began at Oklahoma Baptist University, where they were married in 1995. Originally from Oklahoma, their path led them to Texas where Ryan earned his degree from Southwestern Seminary in 2002. In 2018, during a sabbatical from full-time ministry, the Smithee family found a new home in Trophy Club and became active members of The Church at Trophy Lakes. This season of renewal led Ryan to join the church staff as Student Pastor where he continues to inspire and guide young people.
Ryan and LeAnne are the proud parents of three young adult daughters: Jessica, Jordan, and Jaydan. Together, they are passionate about helping teenagers discover a genuine faith in God, embrace it in ways that transform their lives, and walk with God for a life time.
